But I managed to get one not too far from where I live and I am sooooo much happier! Didn&amp;#39;t realise just how unhappy I was until I left!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Keep your eyes peeled, write to local practices and think of all options and get out of there! Life is too short to be unhappy! &lt;p&gt;You need to weigh up the pros and cons of staying there - I know it seems daunting but if you are going home every day in tears is it not worth taking a gamble and locuming nearby for a while and keeping an eye on any other vacancies that come up in your area?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;With your experience you may find a HN role in another practice where you can start anew?&lt;/p&gt;
