When I locummed in Hertfordshire we had a specialist from Cambridge uni who regularly visited and would run sessions with the staff to teach them about ultrasonography etc. Was brilliant!! really helpful. Maybe you could do something like this?

yes i think it was ? Peter Mount at Mius I spoke to many moons ago - failing that see if you can do a bit of work experience in local NHS hospital - thats how i did it

Very few courses out there in diagnostics for nurses!

I contacted Improved recently and they told me that last time they ran the ultrasound course it received not much attention

You might be better off contacting one of the manufactures and asking them????
