This is how it is: I've been on a waiting list for well over a year (and been seeking a placement for about 2/3 years) and currently work at a non TP practice. I started the job at the beginning of last December.

I love it there only

Re: Interview and CV advise pretty please.....

Please don't feel bad Button, like you said you need to think about yourself and your career. If they haven't been able to provide you with the training you want and need to become qualified that's not your fault, it's theirs.

My current boss won't be happy but he can't expect me to stay if I do get given a great opportunity...? As he knew I was on a waiting list he did ask me if I would leave if I got offered a placement. He said I wouldnt' need to as proper training would be provied where I am.... but it hasn't. And the mention of sending me to college has never arisen again. Feel bad but I guess I should think about my self and my career first of all.

Anyhow, please keep your fingers crossed for me..... although this may make nursing difficult for you! Cheers x

Re: Interview and CV advise pretty please.....

If the job is for you, then you will get it! Good luck and let us know how you get on!!

Re: Interview and CV advise pretty please.....

Button, first of all, well done! I did follow/contribute to your thread on the old site. Just be yourself, you will be fine!
