Please don't feel bad Button, like you said you need to think about yourself and your career. If they haven't been able to provide you with the training you want and need to become qualified that's not your fault, it's theirs.

Thanks Saskia. I'm so nervous and worried as I really want this and if I fail I probably won't get another chance at it

My current boss won't be happy but he can't expect me to stay if I do get given a great opportunity...? As he knew I was on a waiting list he did ask me if I would leave if I got offered a placement. He said I wouldnt' need to as proper training would be provied where I am.... but it hasn't. And the mention of sending me to college has never arisen again. Feel bad but I guess I should think about my self and my career first of all.

Anyhow, please keep your fingers crossed for me..... although this may make nursing difficult for you! Cheers x
