&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Too rusty on NVQ now am sorry but as well as information on hse.co.uk your practice should also have risk assessments &amp;amp; protocols related to your own practice &amp;amp; how you deal with animals with regard to their &amp;amp; your (+ clients )safety &amp;amp; welfare!)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
