Have to say am disappointed in lib dems siding with tories and wont be voitng thm again!!

Agree with sal, scary scary times ahead!! Really dread to think what lies ahead!

Edited to add, how is it fair that a party with 1 seat in scotland can govern this country!?! I get that lib dems are in this country and they are in aswell, but most people thought lib dems would side with labour! God i dnt know just seems a little unfair that tories will get a say in what will happen in scotland when they have 1 bloody seat! Scary scary times ahead!!!

I voted SNP and they held on to my region (Dundee East), unfortunately Labour retained Dundee West and gained a seat from SNP in Glasgow, yeeeuch!

the nice bbc man explained it the mornign in simple terms

basically you can have lib dem labour and snp and the welsh party and that would create a collition basically!

If lib dem tho forma goverment with tories i will be so god dam pissed of!

I hate tories and really don't want them in power!! 1 seat in scotland is all they have!!

it's still not certain though is it....brown will try to cling to power but even if he forms a coalition with the lib dems, he still won't have the majority. what happens then? and with nick clegg saying the tories have the right to try and form a government, maybe a labour/lib dem coalition won't happen anyway....

I am actually dreading what will happen if tories win this! Like no offense but its fine for English people but it is us Scottish that will take the brunt of tory force again , i can only think that it will be thatcher all over again!! Thank god for alex salmon sticking up 4 us and hopefully independence sooner rather than later!!!!

I voted like that too -couldn't decide between two parties so went for the one I think is most likely to get in so that Labour don't!

No queue at mine and did a detour via the curry house on the way back to make it worth the hassle

Yeah, will be this evening. Think they're all a bunch of muppets but feel that I have no right to complain about the state of this country (which I do regularly!) if I don't vote.

Whatever happened to those popemobile van things that used to go round when I was a kid with a bloke shouting over a tannoy to vote for him?
