E.g during an assessment my assessor would ask why I did a certain thing or why it was important to do it..

I also made a client leaflet on nursing neonates for my portfolio which covered K+U . .

Have you been using caselogs to evidence your PC's and Scope? If so, have your assessor sit down with you to see if you have actually answered more K&U within these than you have realised. Much of the K&U is meant to be answered by the evidence in several relevant caselogs (not so easy when the evidence is in the form of a Direct Observation), so you may actually have covered more than you think.

With my students, I track a partial coverage ('P') in the tracking sheets, and ensure for those K&U that require multiple answers that at least 3 caselogs offering different examples are tracked. (You will need to put a note on the tracking sheet to explain the use of P instead of a tick)

An example to make this clearer is:

VetN10.1 K&Ub - the conditions for which surgery is required on animals.

There is little point in offering a Question & Answer type response for this - you will have produced evidence in this element to cover various surgical conditions, and therefore will have generated ample evidence, so a partial ('P') tracking will provide evidence for K&U as well.

Feel free to PM me if you want any more info!

Hope this has helped!
