Just wondering if anybody has tried or follows the weightwatchers diet and what they think of it? Or is there any other diets that anybody would reccommend ?
I want to slim down abit before summer :)

There is info on there and it tells you where your nearest meeting is and times etc.

Dont think there is much info on there about the meal plans though as i think they want you to actually join cuz otherwise they wouldnt make any money as everyone would just be able to follow it off the website and never go!!

But basically there are 3 days red, green and orange. You can pick which day you do i mainly do orange as i find it easiest but some people do just green some just red and some a combo of all three.

Red days you can eat as much lean meat as you want and veggies, fruit and salad but pasta, potatoes etc are restricted.

Green days you can eat as much pasta, rice, potatoes as you want plus fruit and veg but meat is restricted.

Orange days you can eat as much pasta meat potatoes veg fruit and everything you want.

You get healthy extras between 2-4 a day which are milk, cheese, bread, cereals etc depending on which colour day you are following.

Then you get up to 15 syns a day which is for things like chocolate, crisps, butter and fats and things that are processed or obviously contain alot of calories.

So thats a very basic overview of slimming world, hope that helps

Re: Weigh watchers

I've heard a lot about slimming world and it has all been good.

Am currently following slimming world and find it much easier, I'm not thinking so much about what I'm eating and find I'm not really getting hungry or wanting to binge so much.
