&lt;p&gt;1, get&amp;nbsp; my current branch a non tp to apply to be an ATP for &amp;pound;300 a year, but have to meet certain regulations etc.. or&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. change my main employment position to the tp so i can&amp;nbsp;work 2 days there and then work the other 2 days at where i am now. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hmm.. 3 assesors r going to a meeting on this in may so hopefully il be able to sort it out asap!!&lt;/p&gt;
