As there is a veggie there you could mark up veggie dishes for them.

Eat most things not spicy. I would say that l find it very annoying at buffets not being able to tell spicy from not and my advice would be to find some way to separate or label things so that people know A) what it is and B) how spicy or not

Even if it was red bowls for hot spicy, yellow for mild spice and green for not spicy at all and a note up to explain the colours.

Knowing what l am eating is also nice but you may not want that hassle.

I am vegetarian and always find buffets difficult. Its nice to find a section with chopped veggies, tortilla chips and dips. As soon as I see that I know I wont go hungry. Grapes and cheese sticks are always very munchable. Veggie sausages are a nice treat too. Cauldron make good ones.

Fav sandwich fillings..

Mozzarella, Tomato & Rocket
Egg Mayo & Cress
Cheese & Celery
