I will try and persuade my boss to keep 7yrs worth but I'm sure he has already made his mind up, that he needs more space!

We keep for 7 years since last seen or three years post death!

Blimey 3 years isn't long! I've been up in the attic a few times to fish out old xrays from 5 years ago! I've been bagging up a load of old paperwork today for collection! Bags and bags full! We keep everything for 7 years.

It's the same as any paperwork so they need to be kept for 7 years.
