If you can&amp;#39;t get an assessor your IV may come out and assess you but would charge the practice. &lt;p&gt;I trained in New Zealand and had my qualification assessed by RCVS and have a certificate to say Im level 2 equivelent so I went straight onto level 3. The portfoilio is all new to me!
