Curtains are always closed if l am about, l sit in the dark and if l am reading it is only when holding the print 1&amp;quot; from my nose l can not see the writing l turn it the lights on with a very low dim on (got dimmer lights). Sometimes l will turn a light on in another room and use the light that escapes through to avoid turning on the light in the same room l am in. With the computer at night l rely on the light from the screen to light things for me.&lt;br /&gt;If l have to turn the light on it is a very depressing thing for me. &lt;/p&gt;
