 I tend to do all of the COSHH sheets within out clinic but have only just done the chemicals / disinfectants / antiseptics etc and never thought about drugs.

You get data sheets from NOAH, internet or drug company and risk assess everything&lt;img src="http://www.vetnurse.co.uk/emoticons/new/Sad_smiley.png" alt="Sad" /&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Anything with a significant risk then needs a SWP.&amp;nbsp; Things i found were chemo drugs, hormones, xray fixer, oil based vaccines, lab chemicals, formol saline etc.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It doesn&amp;#39;t have to be done on paper, it can be on disk but you need to do a SWP stating how to access it.&amp;nbsp; Needs reviewing every few months.&lt;img src="http://www.vetnurse.co.uk/emoticons/new/Happy_smiley.png" alt="Smile" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
