Am trying to do a few handouts for clients following discharge and diagnosis of different conditions as we don't have any in practice.
I am thinking of doing some for the following conditions/surgery:

Heart disease,
Kidney disease

Re: Discharge/ Going home information....

Hypo/Hyper T4

Skin disease/s - obvioulsy would have to be quite a blanket statement style re diet etc!

Addisons/Cushings

I would think of any diseases it might take you a while to explain to say a junior member of staff or a new receptionist, as they would be on a similar understanding to the average client.

Re: Discharge/ Going home information....

Flutd/urinary problems, although I must admit I use the Fab Cats website very regularly for info sheets for clients, they are very well written.

We have a separate discharge sheet for orthopaedics too on top of your routine surgery and a rabbit one too.

Re: Discharge/ Going home information....

Dental disease/post dental info.

Re: Discharge/ Going home information....

i've just done a bandage care one and one for new rabbit owners
