If l remember rightly it is toxic to animals/dogs. As to rodneys yup but all foods can do that.

I had a dental check up the other day and asked her what her opinion of mouthwash was (after I had heard bad things about the alcohol and washing away fluoride etc), she said really as lond as you brush twice a day, and floss daily (im more of a weekly flosser myself ) then there is no reasont to use mouthwash!!

I also read somewhere last year that you are supposed to brush teeth 1st thing in the morning and not straight after your breakfast (or wait at least 30 mins after eating), as food softens your enamel so then using a toothbrush causes erosion! So i do, do this but it doesn't half ruin my first brew of the day!!!

The bicarb ones like arm and hammer are nice, they do taste slightly minty, and as was said, teeth fel really clean after.

I use the colgate total plus whitening, quite like it. I like the once weekly colgate one, teeth feel super clean after!

I have thought of trying the bicarb one...but after trying Cosodyl it's put me off any that aren't minty!

i did use the colgate menthol one, its not to bad though its a bit like brushing your teeth with vicks.

Have you tried Arm and Hammer bicarb whittening. I prefer this to minty toothpaste and think my teeth feel cleaner after it

Yeah i like the mouthwash (the daily one), just tastes minty!

I managed to brush my teeth with it, but was almost gagging!!! Used a bucket full of water to wash mouth out then my normal Colgate to brush the rest of the taste away! Then my mouthwash!

haha i got some of this a couple of weeks ago, i aggree completly a mouthful of salt, have u tried thier mouthwash? you just cannot get rid of the taste at all even after eating and drinking

think ill go back to my theramed, although i do struggle with most mint toothpastes as they burn my mouth but i do like that one.

Urgh it's gross! Massive salt overload when toothbrushing, I couldn't carry on brushing my teeth with it and don't think I'd want to get used to it either!
