Never heard of that one?! Just original, lemon and eucalyptus i thought? Cherry smelling would make me want to eat sweets!

I use Safe4 spray on my pigs cage.

Have always used Trigene, but work at a charity clinic now that uses Safe4, smells quite nice.

We use Vetaclean and Trigene on seperate weeks - Trigene smells better and one of our pregnant nurses had to take some home to do her house she loved the smell so much!!!!

Trigene - cherry trigene, mmm, smells goood. Virkon makes me sneeze like a looney no matter how careful i am!

We use virkon, sanivet or trionic!

Although I am a massive fan of trigene!

Hi Kirsty,

To try and help you with your throat you should be very careful using Rodasept. It contains GLUTARALDEHYDE and FORMALDEHYDE which will cause coughing. The product is German and its main use is in jet-washers on farms for agricultural and equine applications. It isn't recommended for veterinary use and has no testing certification available to view.

Ideally you should be using a safe, proven disinfectant that has no side effects, kills lots of "nasties" but also offers great economy and value for money. If you haven't tried TRIGENE ADVANCE yet, you really should.

vetaclean eucalyptus which works very well when cleaning the textured grey flooring. alternating with good old bleach. virkon for infectious.

We use Trigene. Its also expensive but you can get different scents. Effective against almost everything as well.

used to use Trigene routinely then Virkon for monthly theatre blitz and for isolation after infected patients have been discharged. Also used Virkon for theatre after infectious cases!

We swap between Trigene and Safe4pets. we also use parvo tabs once per week. Have virkon for kennels as comes in tablets that can just be added to there own bottle to ensure correct concentration.

We now use Rodasept, but used to use Vetaclean. Not too keen on the Rodasept as it gets right to the back of my throat, but it's supposed to kill a lot of nasties!

Use Trigene here too! Medichem normally do some quite good deals on it if you can buy in bulk so good price saver that way but it isn't that expensive either way.
