&lt;p&gt;as a general rule of thumb I wont take holidays until I&amp;#39;ve been in a job for 3 months just so I have proven I can work prior to taking hols &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Again the number of days depends on what it says in her contract, but working on the 5.8 weeks rule she would be entitled to 7 days, however if her employer includes the bank hols in her holiday entitlement she would be entitled to 5 days.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I would get her to approach her employers and ask the questions directly if she doesnt have a contract&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
