thanks very much for all your replies- much appreciated!! will have a look at the info provided and let you know if i need anymore!!

i need to write a case report on a hyperthyroid cat we had in that had a pleural effusion, so need background knoweldge/evidence based nursing on what we were doing was correct and what we could/should have been doing!
