They are really low calorie and low sugar and really help me with my sweet tooth. Good luck, I dont think I could do it for all that length of time! It was soooo hard to&amp;nbsp;start off with but after a few weeks I&amp;nbsp;did get used to it. We did it two years running but in the second year i got drunk and ate a&amp;nbsp;whopper burger!
