You won&#39;t need to train as an assessor anymore as NVQs are not going to be used, instead clinical&nbsp;mentors will be replacing A1s. Try and speak to your VNAC as they should have some idea of practice standards (if any) that are needed for the new scheme.</p> <p>Hope this helps!</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
