Some days I feel like I spend all my time talking to them. I have one who rings the feliway helpline weekly to give us an update on how her 5 'neurotic' cats are getting on. I suspect they are only 'neurotic' because she won't leave them alone for a minute, but there is no reasoning with her.

I remember one in particular had tons of cats, used to trap and neuter local ferals. and although she could be time consuming and high maintenance her heart was in the right place and she was a great lady. I still keep in touch with her regularly as I rehomed two cats from her. I'd now consider her a friend

Re: Crazy Cat Lady

Thank you all for your comments I am sure I will learn to see her good points, eventually she now want's to get a dog!!!

Re: Crazy Cat Lady

If you feel the cats are not being looked after and this lady is elderly or disabled you can report it to your local social services and they will handle it.

Re: Crazy Cat Lady

Aww Steph she sounds quite a character! That cat must be very loyal to stick with her bless!

Re: Crazy Cat Lady

I agree with the above! at the end of the day, she's a client.. I think all practices have a 'nightmare' client.. we have a few Lol!

We did have an old lady, she was known as 'cat lady' or 'bag lady'.. only she was homeless and would have loads and loads of bags with her, and now and again she'd move a few yards/miles. .she had a cat with her, a very loyal one too! we'd always try and give her free samples to feed her cat, but she was agressive and would tell us to 'f*ck off' haha! Last time I saw her she was heading up the M4!!!! on her way to london apparently!!! - waaayy off topic I know!! haha

Re: Crazy Cat Lady

I agree, ours can be an absolute pain in the bum sometimes but we rely on her when we have and stray cat problems.
