I qualified as an ANA in december. Do you think that warrents asking for a payrise? I know its not the VN qualification but is it worth asking? If you were in my position would you ask for one?

&lt;p&gt;Sometimes it has to be spelt out to them.....literally!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
