good luck, if you are worried about getting all the words out, write them a letter explaining what an asset you are to the practice and why you deserve the rise.

Sometimes it has to be spelt out to them.....literally!!

We get a annual payrise so im thinking they will say no but its worth asking. I just hope they say yes, i will have to fight my corner as to how hard i worked for that qualification and how hard i work every day

This isn't strictly true, you are entitled to an annual pay review but this doesn't necessarily mean you will get a pay rise.

You most definitely deserve a pay rise! Like Donna has said, you worked hard for that qualification!

I would say yes definately, its a qualification you have worked hard for and you deserve a payrise in recognition!
