I also think this weather has not helped, felt this week that I had hardly seen a soul,maybe I have a touch of cabin fever!

All in all I know I havent much to complain about really but when I get down I forget that easily!

Heres to a better week next week!

knw the feeling mrs mac! Jst seems like whtever i do these days its jst never enough! I have spent a week crying one minute and fine the next! Just one of those weeks! hang in there it'll be alryt soon! (hopefully)

Heather pet,

it is a known fact that when we feel down or depressed, small, everyday things can also become a burden.

What is important to remember here also, is the fact that you have been finding certain aspects of your life tough at the moment, that will also contribute to your feelings of despair and feeling the way you do.

No one is perfect, thats another fact. All you can do is your best, but we all need a break sometimes, and I feel your time has come for a break.

Forget Charlie for the time being and think of yourself and what you want or what you need. In a few weeks time (after I get paid again) I am happy to catch a plane and come and visit - we could spend a day shopping and stay in a hotel - I am all on for meeting up and I would love to offer my support to you
