However, when noseying through i noticed one aimed at making rescue dogs/emergency dogs not having to go into quarantine when they return to UK?!? As to should they go through yes they should to my mind the only exempt ones should be the SARA dogs. The haiti ones are now doing quarantine. </p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
