I would like to introduce you to Burgess, Button and Honey (shown below) - Burgess Pet Cares official rescue rabbits. While these three are particularly spoilt!!! - they know there are a lot of rabbits out there not being cared for properly

Re: Are you ready for Rabbit Awareness Week (RAW) 2010?

Hi Naomi,

Sorry you haven't got yours yet but we are sending packs out as of next week. We have found in the past if we send them out too soon - they get lost or forgotten about and we end up replacing them - so you should get them from next week allowing 4 or 5 weeks to advertise your events.

Hope that's ok?

Last year over 1500 vets took part across the UK and we had lots of feedback that it was a great way to encourage more clients into their practices as well as of course educate on rabbits.

With having all the other partners supporting the week this year like the PDSA we are hoping that we will get a lot more media coverage of the event - so more rabbit owners know about it - and in turn will actively search out participating veterinary practices.

Hope that helps and you decide to run some health checks.

If there is anything else we can help with please do ask.

Naomi
