Then you press the &amp;#39;Specify File / URL&amp;#39;. Then click the button for the appropriate method (usually &amp;#39;Upload File&amp;#39;&amp;nbsp;for an image). Then navigate to the file on your computer, double click on it, then click &amp;#39;Save&amp;#39;. Give it a title / description (the former is required, the latter is optional), click save again and you&amp;#39;re done.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For videos, I recommend you do not upload direct to vetnurse, but instead upload first to youtube. Then use the &amp;#39;Link to URL&amp;#39; option instead, and add the youtube link url. If the video is in high definition on youtube (you&amp;#39;ll know because there is a link at the foot of HD videos on youtube), then add &amp;amp;fmt=22 to the end of your youtube url and the video will automatically play back in high definition.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
