still peeing down! - cat baskets are out and have clean blankets and spare towels ready.wellies are at the bottom of the bed for a quick escape and windup radio tuned to local station - which must have some of the worst music ever! have double bagged some of jaspers beloved natures best so it doesnt get wet in the event of a flood, so at least he will be happy!

eee watching the scottish news, makes me think that we shouldnt be complaining! There so much snow! and they have no power How cold must they be!!

On my own rant, it took me 3 hours to get to uni on wed !! I was frozen with wet feet!! booo!!

still freezing my behind off, but bit of a variation in the weather, the village is now on flood watch - and its still raining/sleeting isnt it somebody elses turn for the weather yet??

dont envy you that one

nothing near as cold here - we are hovering around freezing, but spent no more than about 45 minutes splitting logs this morning - will only go out again when i have to!

will send them your way with pleasure - just taken nearly an hour to get one feed done - i think 2 lambs may be one in the morning. the littlest isnt doing so well at the moment.

I am in danger of enjoying the nursing side again and that musnt happen or i will begin to miss it

Was out walking my dogs last year and found a random one who decided my dog was it's mum! Had to pick it up and put it back in it's field!

have two little bodies at the side of my fire in a laundry basket that are mighty glad to come in out of the snow - only born this morning, they certainly picked their time wrong. Lambchop and Larry. They are only here for tonight farmer has promised me he will collect in the morning - one has a dead mother and the other is one of triplets. And I swore I would never bottle another lamb!

none here in this part of Kent. In fact we only caught the previous lot, and none before Christmas (even though other parts of Kent were snowed in twice in December).

I'm pleased to say we've not had snow! Had a little when i was at the spa, in Liphook, Southampton had some while i was away too but none of it settled.

have spent a while bringing in lambs and their mothers this morning with a farmer down the road - been chased quite a few times by angry ewes - I suppose it keeps me fit - hating the snow right now!
