Immediately we have had a recruitment agency trying to introduce people to us without giving them a chance to apply themselves to our advert. This is the reason I do not use a locum agency now unless I absolutely have to&amp;nbsp; and as far as I am aware I am not registered with any agency at this time- I would rather find my own work. I know everybody has to make a living but when an agency wants to take more than a 1/3 of my weekly earnings which I have to pay tax and national insurance on&amp;nbsp;or wants to charge the practice a finders fee for a job I found myself......&lt;/p&gt;
