Immediately we have had a recruitment agency trying to introduce people to us without giving them a chance to apply themselves to our advert. This is the reason I do not use a locum agency now unless I absolutely have to&nbsp; and as far as I am aware I am not registered with any agency at this time- I would rather find my own work.
