yeah, our rcw rep is not very good at sending things out- she is a nice woman though.We have just gone over our reps heads in the past and asked to speak to the manager as you would in any other business! It works!!

we aren't a huge practice, but were recently changed to hills. i don't deal with the rep, but she is apparently very good - she seems to visit fairly regularly..

Haha Nicky! We got told this as well... makes you feel good eh? We were a Hills practice for yaers with an excellant rep ( although quite pushy) then she left and we hardly heard anything or were able to get hold of anyone for over a year... no explanation/ communication at all... we were not impressed! We then had a temporary rep who was only there for 3 months, knew very little... not her fault..... and she told us that we weren't a big practice on their list, so we weren't worth it!! This was obviously denied, majorly, when they eventually employed a new full-time rep, but by then the damage was done and we changed to RCW..... our RCW rep is covering maternity leave but is lovely and also helpful! which helps.....

no idea who it is now, think it is someone celled Lee, he is meant to be coming to take me out for lunch to talk about the range cos of my sponsorship for the fab course.

I found that in practice which is one reason we swit hed over to purina, as they do both lifestage and veterinary diets and their rep was excellent!!!
