Why? I'm intrigued now
to reduce inappropriate behaviour :)
I thought castration would have done that, what does Tardak do that castration won't?
I think we all know after a cat has been a stud/tom for some many years even after castration the behaviours can still stick around! Apparently the use of Tardak during the neuter procedure(not sure of exact time of admin). has great results of reducing the behaviours(i.e. aggression, urinating, stress, drive and inappropriate defecation). There's a few breeders on the NoviceBreeder list that have used it on their males if you want me to get some more specifics for you? I've never used it and i've not seen it used only heard about it with other breeders and their retired studs.
Discussed with our vet and we think it's mainly used for immediate results as testosterone can take 12 weeks until out of system

Re: Sphynx

He has a pretty face.

Re: Sphynx
