That is helpful lol! I might keep myself on a highish dose for a couple of months to get my skin clearer, then try to reduced dose, that should be ok i think? It gets worse with stress...so exam time i'll be on a high dose!!!!

Not sure on the EPO as i don't take it. but the vitamin E you don't want to take anymore than 1000mg per day as it can interfere with your Vitamin K. I reckon two a day would do you and you might even be able to get away with less if you are also eating lots of Vitamin E rich foods along with them. Just be sure you never go over 3000iu as it has been shown to have toxic effects!
