Sal, if you don't mind, I may email or converse with you on the subject of hypnosis and relaxation. You may remember a few days ago seeing a post from me in memory of my dead brother? Well, I coped well on the day of his anniversary (thursday) but lastnight things really seemed to hit me and I became hysterical and phoned my friend who is a vet and was on a night out. She was able to 'sort of' calm me down but it was really terrible. Hardly slept all night either.

I have never had a hangover - so I dont really know what they feel like. Feeling pretty mellow tho

have just remembered after making the last post - this weekend is the hypnotist convention in Scarborough. Wonder if anybody has missed me yet?

Wish I was in Scarborough but then I would probably be asleep by now one way or another so prob havnt missed much. (there are a number of us that have this private competition and I will emphasise this is a private thing , we dont involve members of the public, we have ethics- first person to be hypnotised by another hypnotist without realising gets the first round. Its usually me but 1 year JUST for 1 year it wasnt and it was me that caught one of my tormentors )

hehe Sal, how do you feel now though? Do you feel hungover? I am not joking, but for someone who doesnt normally drink alcohol, thats very likely.

well I think my liver has shrivelled without a doubt! - thats my quota of booze for this year

When I used to go to some of the hypnotist get togethers I was once floored by what I initially thought was a glass of coke - it was really malibu and coke and I liked it so I was happy to have another. The next one arrived as bacardi and coke and tbh didnt really have too much coke in it.I slept the rest of the evening propped up in the corner. That was a few years ago now - but the buggers have remembered and now I am told 'you get in the first round because I guess you wont be with us for the second!'

I started off the morning on this highly addictive site i stumbled upon (cant think which one that could be??)

had a visit from a vet friend around 10ish this morning who told me I looked peaky and prescribed a stiff medicinal brandy which I refused until it had been diluted. It may have contained a drop of hot water and maybe 1 coffee granule in the mug when he diluted it!

took a really big swig - nearly choked to death on the brandy fumes and next thing I know its nearly 3pm!

I had so many plans for today!

Faye, my plans are exactly the same! Watch casualty with a nice glass wine and a nice long lie-in in morning.... have to speak nice so hubby gets up with boys!!! Just brough Rodney, my guinea pig into kitchen as I bought him a new tunnel today, about 5 mins ago, my son carried in an empty coal bag to the sitting room telling dad their was coal to light the fire. Bag started rustling.....poor Rodney was inside and he is black!!! Not keen as to how he would react to a bath so I have had to rub him down with baby wipes!!! Anyway, off to watch casualty.....

What a productive day you have had!, do you feel good for it!?

I didnt have the day off , worked 9-1pm, came home cleaned the rabbits out, did some house work, kept popping on hear and facebook!! both are addictive!!

Now waiting for casualty to start, looking on hear and facebook with my wine!!

Tomorrow, well hope you enjoy your rugby!, think of me alseep in bed,as I plan to have a lonnnnnnnng lie in!
