We have a single room in our house that she could rent. We are in Kegworth which is travelling distance to Derby quite easily. I'm a VN myself so there are lots of animals in the house to keep her happy.

My boyfriend and I have the top floor of the house, just share the kitchen and then there's 2 rooms on the middle floor with bathroom, so she'd only be sharing the loo with one other girl.

I think its £320 a month all bills included. No other charges on top.

Let me know if she'd be interested, we've been trying to rent it for an age, so quite happy if she only wants it for a month or two, will be nice to have some one in there for a bit.
