I would just pick one of the addresses, pick the relevant town/county and state that. I have had to do that in the past when it says X publisher and the lists them as in New York, Toronto and New Delhi (or whatever). Has not caused me a problem to do this in 7 years of referencing assignments, etc and it happens all the time. If you find out different though for definite I would be interested to know!&lt;/p&gt;
