Set yourself one small stask to complete, just one. Do it and you set yourself another or get carried away or stop, then at least you've done one thing

i have to give myself a stern talking to in a bid to motivate myself.......doesnt always work.

or getting my music on helps........but only if i can be bothered to put on my stereo! lol!

I still have not yet moved from my seat! I washed my car a couple of weeks ago and the (hot from the tap) water froze on the car!!! I ended up salting the driveway cos it got VERY slippery from all of the water!

I too have motivation probs now the new site is up and running. It's all Arlos fault
