Was hoping to do the same, but not going to have portfolio finished in time for June practicals so will do the Sept one.

I am hoping to do my practicals in June and the written in July, but the way things are going I don't think I am going to manage it. You?

Thats my plan. I get no support where I currently am and really need to push myself to get throu it all and move practices. I want to change practice to prove to myself that all practices aren't the same

Yes, just keep to it and get yourself qualified. Then you can move on to somewhere that you are going to be happier.

Sorry to hear that. It must be a nightmare having a bad assessor. There will always be someone on here who can help with portfolio questions, and would your college help too? I hope things get sorted with a replacement soon x

My assessor is useless! Any help I need I always come on here.

Just found out that my newest nurse has handed her notice in and is off in a month and it'll take my assessor/boss at least three months before a new nurse starts. So am very stressed as he is already useless at getting my portfolio done

I often ask my assessor questions about my portfolio questions that are simple, just my brain doesn't think properly lol!

Oh yeah and also practice name and add, vets name and signature, and date!

Not sure what are legal requirements of what i've listed, just thinking of what goes on our written px!

Umm...i'd say something along the lines of the VS has to write a prescription. And then say what has to be on the prescription for the pharmacist to dispense it ie owners details, animals details, drug name and strength, drug dose, number of repeats to be given if there are any.
