&lt;p&gt;I believe you do unless you pay the subscription fee.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For anyone changing details - it takes ages to get the copies redirected to a new address. When I left my permanent practice I emailed to say I was locuming and could the copies be forwarded to my home address. I got a reply to say they could however I never recieved any further copies. When I emailed again I was told I wasn&amp;#39;t eligable because I wasn&amp;#39;t in practice (?) however eventually I was able to have them sent to my home instead.&lt;/p&gt;
