He is very cute! He's sat at my feet washing myself as i speak, just had his lunch! I think i'm going to stay at work tonight to keep him company, don't like the thought of him being lonely at night!

The vet who lives above our practice is on hol this week...her kitty is getting lonely so is making regular trips down the stairs into the office for cuddles! I've got a pic i took on weds, the vet had a pad of paper on her desk, TRYING to write on it...along came Jimmy, laid on paper, rubbed his face against the pen, stuck is backside in the vets face...was rather amusing! I'll put the pic on here later lol!

A really different cat actually. Hes just playful and wants to know about things other than food! I can't waitt till hes all skinny and a normal weight! Hows all of ur gang doing?

I can't read a book or magazine, or be on lap top or spread work out anywhere without a cat wanting to sit right on top of it or rub up against it

My old boy will sit next to me and constantly paw me until I let him on my knee. Longest I have managed to resist is half an hour but Im positive he would have continued all night!!

When I finally submitted my last portfolio it went in with several pages that had muddy cat prints on them! I would spread it out on the floor to make sure pages were numbered etc and in they would come 'ooooh, she's trying to work. Surely she would rather look at me while I roll around on the paper' hehe

My niamh has the habit of comming fo a hug when laptops on my knee. She pushes her way so that the laptop moves and she can lie down and go to sleep! Annoyin but cute!

i was telling the story in work today about my little cat, smokey!

she is the absolute love of my life lol!! she appears from nowhere when i get into bed, then up she pops and she absolutely insists on putting her front left paw on my skin, normally my arm, but lastnight, it was so cold and i was all huddled under the blankets, so the only bit of skin out was my face - so she lay ALLNIGHT with her little paw either on my cheek or my neck lol!!

I worked at a place with a practice cat, a lovely old ginger DSH who had a lovely habit of padding the keyboard when someone was typing sticking his butt in your face. Nice! Very sweet cat though so I let him off!

Because for that one second, they aren't centre of attention and can't cope - this applies to my gang anyway.

because they want something. is the food bowl empty? do they need fresh water? are you standing on their toy? or do they want to play? did you walk by the treats and DARE NOT GIVE THEM ONE!!! SHAME!!!!

or probably because they are little blighters and just like to have the centre of attention when they want it not when you don't hahaha
