I put a selection of info on the usual - worms/fleas/chips etc in a plastic wallet with vacc card, 4 week ins cover note and wrap the whole lot up in a welcome letter with our hours, emergency contacts etc.

hills have stopped doing these great bags now, just get a tiny bag of dry food if your lucky. i used to really like the goody bags

We use Purina and they're really nice - free food, free vouchers for next bag of food then money off vouchers after that. We also have our own little packs with various leaflets like DAP, Plerion, microchip & why you should insurance leaflet

yeah, the hills ones are fantastic - the bags look great with such cute pics on them. I guess they'll only be appropriate though if you're a hills stockist...

Hills do the puppy starter pack which has food samples, a measuring cup and some vouchers for money off. You can always ring around your reps and ask for any freebies like leads, clickers, kong type toys and walking kits. I'm sure a few companies have these - I got a JWB once when I bought some food from a pet shop, it had a slip lead and a load of reflective stuff like arm-bands and bone stickers very handy for night time walkies!
