&lt;p&gt;Pull it out, turn the taps off and take the washing machine pipes off. Then carefully turn on the taps till water comes through keep doing that and checking you will know when the pipes have unfrozen.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You could also check to see if the pipes go out side the house and see about hot water on them.
