&lt;p&gt;usually you can edit your profile to subscribe to topics or not.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I really like geting a notification, thats one thing i really didnt like about the old site as i never knew if anyone had replied to a post.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;But i am get notification of replies but only problem is that it is notifying me of my own post! before i get any replies, so i am logging back on to see my own post.&lt;/p&gt;
