I hope this year is a better one than last... seems 2009 was a bad one for most. 
 A friend of mine has a 3 year old female GSD who is suffering badly with her skin. Or if down south sure there musty be a decent skin vet down there although the best ones are in the NW but hey ho. &lt;img src="http://www.vetnurse.co.uk/emoticons/new/Very_happy_smiley.png" alt="Big Smile" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Or on a more serious note could ask for a second opinion there is other skin vets out there or GP vets who deal with skin.&lt;/p&gt;
