There is a particular sweet shop that comes to mind in New York with those sorts of Jelly Belly dispensers, its crazy!! In the packets there is always root beer flavour which is nasty Like the cherry and popcorn ones though.

In the Hawkins Bazaar catalogue they have jelly beans which have some nice and some nasty flavours, but there's a nice and a nasty for each colour! So apparently there's a vomit flavour which is the same colour as the peach flavour, and a rotten egg flavour which is the same as apple... don't think I'd be brave enough for those!!!

the aniseed flavor is known as black licorice and it's a black jelly bean. It's a well known colour flavor combination in the US. I personally like it! but again I think it's a marmite thing too. I love Jelly Belly, i grew up with getting a Jelly Belly box like this from my uncle every year. It was really cool since it had all these separate compartments for each flavor plus you got this 'recipe' book to mix and match them.

also in the US they have candy shops that have massive walls of jelly beans and you can get bags full of what ever flavor you want! like this...

We have an american sweet shop down the road from the practice in Aldershot and u can yet jellybelly lip balm there. I have a blue berry one its really nice.
