Same here, we had some live round the corner cancel and I travel over 25miles to get there so I'm sure they could too!

I get ones like that ALL of the time..it's particularly annoying when you're busy and have a client stood in front of you waiting to be seen to while you're there suggesting every time/day under the sun!

haha - those ones really REALLY REALLY frustrate me!! They'll ask for 'anytime' but ties we give is never a 'good time' so after offering many times.. I always end up saying "ok.. so you give me a time that suits you, I'll see if we have it" .. then clients say "so what times have you got?" agggghhhhhh I've just TOLD YOU!!!!!

The most annoying one for me is when someone calls and asks for a telephone number, as you start giving it to them

"oh hang on let me get a pen"

ok, so you phone up to ask for a number, would you not get a pen and paper ready??!

These are giving me a real laugh! Glad to see it happens to everyone! Especially used to love when the client absolutely insisted it was under a certain name/address and after ages searching the computer would suddenly remember it was under something completely different! Or you'd start to add them as a new client because they'd never been to the practice before, then they would pop up on the screen as already added, then they'd suddenly remember they'd brought their mums dog in three weeks ago or something! Used to get the 'anytime' ones as well, I don't think one single person ever accepted the first date/time I offered! I usually have a time in mind now when I ring anywhere..

l got a call about a tick 2 weeks ago. Rubbish l said but come in for a nurse clinic anyhow..

FFS it was a tick middle of all that snow the monday after it started so that was what the 21st? hell that tick must come from stock that is indestructible.

Client: "my dog has about 37 ticks on its face"

Me: " how long have they been there?"

Client: "about a year and a half. she tries to bite me every time I try to pull them off and she yelps in pain"

I book appt for her..

when she comes in its just lots of little warts! no wonder she wasnt very happy about them being pulled off!
