press and hold ctrl then the prtscn button (normally at the top of the keyboard next to F12)

open up paint and then press Ctrl and V together and it will paste the picture into paint.

im on windows and I use a programme called snipping tool it is the one at the bottom, if you search for it in the start menu you should be able to find it! hope this helps
