thinking about it that doesnt make sense either tho - notified of new address in september and as well as that I have paid to have mail redirected. The request for payment had no problems finding me - will give them a call tomorrow

I got 2! one for 2011 and one for 2010! but I was registering for first time so dont know if that made any difference
