&lt;p&gt;They have an annual congress spread over a weekend in Birmingham. Every member of staff from the practice goes, expenses paid for etc.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It happened at just the right time too - I was going through one of those &amp;quot;no one appreciates the job I do here - I work all the hours I can for more or less nothing&amp;quot; etc etc... but really lifted my spirits when they offered my boyfriend (who has nothing to do with the hospital) the car to use!
