The back should be tight and low on your back and you shouldn't have it so tight that it gives you back boobs. The centre of the bra in the front should lay flat against your skin and your breasts shouldn't be touching, there shouldn't be any loose fabric or boobs oozing out the top and the fabric cutting into them. the straps should be fitted but not too loose and not so tight that you have a dint in your shoulder! the shoulder straps don't hold your boobs up, your back strap does! As long as you have the right cupsize to back size you should be good to go. :) You should have a flat seemless look when you put a tee shirt on and your boobs should be lifted and comfortable. The first time you get a proper bra fitting don't be surprised if your bra feels a little uncomfortable for the first week or so. It's similar to getting a new pair of shoes.

Do's and Don'ts of bra use and care that I have learnt over the years of having big boobies!!:

Don't wear the same bra more than two days in a row. Give your bra resting periods and have some to change out with. This is so you don't over stretch your bra and it keeps it in good condition.

Be sure you purchase a bra that fits on the first (longest) clasp, so that with age you can go up a clasp to keep a continuing good fit as it stretches.

Wash your bra in a pillow case or under garment bag, never loose in your wash.

Never tumble dry your bra or leave on a heat source. Always dry naturally. Heat damages the elastic and wires and can cause the wires to get hot enough to ware the

If you can hand wash them with special undergarment washing soap then do. but it's not the end of the world if you don't, you just get longer life out of it. I wash mine every 5 uses unless they get really mucky or i go out clubbing! lol

I personally keep, two black bras, two nude, two white - one full coverage and one balconette. I also have a couple fancy looking ones and two practical ones, strapless and sports.

And for those thinking C to F?! I never realised that the underwire in bra's should be against the kin, or that boobs where meant to stay in the bra at all times.
