hi there i work for vets now, would say its what you would want per shift going on that average night shift is 13-15hrs. Or just tell them what hrly rate ur looking to get x

its a permanent position but its asking for a £ value. Any ideas as to what the average pay is per shift. I have already filled in the annual salary

if you are looking at locum, then it will be the rate you want per shift/hour. if a fixed term contract then the rate per shift. If permanent then the number of shifts you want per month was prob what was meant.
