Ahh that's ok then! So i can have wine, cider and black and baileys in an eve and be having a balanced diet. Fruit in the wine, cider and black. And cream in the baileys, so my days dose of dairy! Will remember that at the christmas do on sat!!!

Roibus is nice (redbush) do not need milk/sugar but can if you want it, it is not actually tea but a herbal drink from SA.

I just bought a bottle of water as not feeling 100% today and its 1L and says on it 'HALF OF YOUR RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE' really made me realise how little I drink and should drink more....sadly wine not included in the daily allowance

I have the same problem try redbush tea as advise that its as hydrating as water full of antioxidants & caffine free, must admit feel a lot better since drinking it

I find a good pick me up and keeps me hydrated is warm water with a tea spoon of syrup/honey melted in it, its yummy, warming, gives me a sugar/energy fix its not got too many calories and soothes a sore throat!

i drink alot of dilutey but i still drink about 4 cups of tea a day. i tend to cut back after iv been to the dentisit coz of the little stains (he says its not too bad but i get paranoid) but that only lasts a couple of weeks

I don't like plain water so drink with Ribena or Vimto....mmmmmmmm

I used to live in Buxton and the Buxton Spa fountain was on my daily dog walking route so I used to take a bottle and get some, was the only water I liked

i love coffee first thing in the morning - need a good cup or 3 before i leave the house!

for the rest of the day i drink cold drinks tho - if i try and have a coffee or tea, i get a blinding headache!

my fave cold drink is coke - mmmmm coke :) lol

in my case out of the garden (jungle masquerading as garden) - have you come across elder bushes ? white flowers around easter time elderberries a bit later on. You need a good lot if you are making it and make sure you add lemon juice. delicate but delicious taste some people like it better with lemonade.

freeze some borage flowers (really bright blue) in some ice cubes, mint leaf, elderflower cordial and lemonade - our local knocks this out as alcohol free alternative to champagne

yes most places bar one I have wrked because you dont drink tea or coffee they think you dont drink fullstop.

Yeah i do sometimes get forgotten! I find it hard to make tea and coffee cos i don't drink it myself, so don't know how it's nice! I can make a very good hot choc though mmm!

I wish we had nice water rather than having to buy it!

The water in Bonnie Scotland is fab, no need for bottled, you can drink it straight from the tap, and its better than your evian or other bottled stuff........ lol, infact I am sure someone stands at a tap in Scotland and bottles all that water

Anyway I drink loads of high juice to keep hydrated with plenty of Scottish water

i'm glad I'm not the only "odd" person who doesnt drink hot drinks!!!

I too have to remind myself to drink more......do you find that people forget you when they are making drinks?
